Severe Conditions: Use in high-load, high-speed, wide temperature (-65°C to +204°C) environments where water washout resistance is critical. Applications: Aircraft wheel bearings, engine accessories, control systems, actuators, helicopter rotor bearings, instruments, airframe, hinge pins, and landing gear. Compatibility: Contains synthetic oil; verify it’s compatible with non-metallic seals before use, as it may be incompatible with some. Preparation: Always clean old grease and contaminants from critical components before applying new grease to prevent corrosion. Application: Can be applied via standard lubrication methods (e.g., grease gun) after proper loading and priming, ensuring air is bled out. Hygiene & Safety: Wear impervious gloves, avoid skin/eye contact, wash immediately if contact occurs, and keep the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) accessible.
