Rema Tip Top SC 2000 is an industrial-strength, two-part cold vulcanizing cement designed for bonding rubber to rubber, fabric, and steel without the need for heat or pressure. It is widely used for conveyor belt splicing, patching, and rubber lining installations in harsh environments.

Application

Conveyor Belt Splicing: Joins fabric-ply conveyor belts permanently.
Belt Repair & Patching: Fixes gouges, rips, and edge damage on existing rubber belts.
Pulley Lagging: Bonds protective rubber sheeting onto metal conveyor pulleys.
Industrial Linings: Installs wear-resistant rubber sheets inside chutes, hoppers, pipes, and chemical tanks.
Multi-Material Bonding: Adheres rubber-to-rubber, rubber-to-metal, rubber-to-fabric, and fabric-to-fabric surfaces.
