Klyde Cold Zinc Galvanizing Spray is a high-performance, zinc-rich aerosol coating designed to provide superior corrosion protection, acting as a sacrificial barrier on steel and metal surfaces. It is commonly used for repairing hot-dip galvanized surfaces, weld seams, and protecting metal against rust.

Application

Galvanized Surface Repair: Touch-up for hot-dip galvanizing damaged by welding, drilling, or cutting.
Industrial Maintenance: Coating steel structures, piping, storage tanks, and cable trays.
Automotive and Marine: Underbodies, parts, and marine equipment, due to high salt resistance.
Infrastructure Protection: Telecommunication towers, guard rails, and power substation equipment.
Fabrication: Coating bare metal joints or surfaces to create a protective galvanic barrier.

Direction to Use

Surface Preparation: Remove rust, grease, and old paint. Application: Spray from 10–12 inches away. Repairing Damage: Apply to damaged galvanized surfaces within 2 hours if possible, extending 3 inches beyond the damage.
