Soudal 110 LQ Contact Adhesive

Apply the adhesive uniformly with a notched trowel or a brush on both sides of the surfaces that need to be glued. When surfaces are absorbent, apply a second layer. Ca. 20 min after the first layer. Wait 10 – 15 minutes until dry touch (to evaporate solvents) and join both parts together. Afterwards push firmly. Preferably use a roller or a rubber hammer to press together (if possible). (or 0.4 – 0.5 MPa for 15 sec with a press) Full end strength is reached within 48 hours. In order to increase strength properties (of the weld), it’s recommended to use the heat-activation. (approx. 55°C for 3 minutes) Cleaning: Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before curing). Cured 110LQ Contact Adhesive can only be removed mechanically. Repair: With the same material.
