Description

A steel-filled, liquid epoxy designed for maintaining and/or repairing tooling, mold-making, and leveling equipment.

Application

Industrial Use: Holding fixtures for intricate parts; filling and leveling equipment; repairing hard-to-reach areas where a flowable epoxy is needed; duplicating or tracing masters; short run dies and molds

Direction to Use

Brush a thin coat of epoxy onto the substrate to be duplicated, then pour Plastic Steel® Liquid (B). Plastic Steel® Liquid (B) cures in 16 hours, at which time it can be machined TO AVOID AIR ENTRAPMENT Pour Plastic Steel® Liquid (B) in a fine stream no greater than 1” thick to evacuate any trapped air. Let material set up and cool before pouring additional thicknesses.
